applications is an important segment of our business. They
come to complement the missing functionality of the existing systems
or to optimize the core activities of an enterprise.
The customized
applications can be independent or integrated with the legacy
applications - as for instance the ERP systems. They are
designed to reuse as much as possible the data already available in
existing databases, either relational or document-based.

Quotation Manager
The Quotation
Manager application is targeted to the generation of automatic
quotes for consumable materials and components. The
automatic quote is generated based on the customer's installed
production capacity in term of machinery. Future
developments will include more advanced methods for the quantity
estimation depending on other factors as the history of sales,
sales forecast, work force availability, etc.
Shipping Documents Management
The
Shipping Documents Management application integrates with an
existing ERP system in order to fulfill the shipping
documentation requirements including Packing Lists and Bill of
Lading in a complex environment with multiple combinations of
products, packaging, destinations, freight combination and more.

BOM Explosion
The "Bill Of Material Explosion"
answers the question: "How fast can I deliver on a new
customer order?". For each item at each level of the BOM we explode the
quantity required for the number of units of the finished item. We then check
quantities on hand, on order and allocated to determine the
net available. Rules
are set to flag items as red, yellow or green based on
availability.
